Atlus has unveiled a new trailer for Persona 4 Revival, a remake of the original 2008 role-playing game. The trailer showcases five new features: fully voiced events, the Send Flying battle feature, new music from composer Ryota Kozuka, the Baton Pass feature, and the Prime Time Meter. The game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC with Xbox Game Pass, and PC via Steam on February 18, 2027. Pre-orders are now open. Animation studio MAPPA will handle all animated cutscenes, and the remake will feature a new English voice cast. Persona 4 Revival is a significant addition to the Persona series, which has seen several successful remakes, including Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Royal. Atlus has also confirmed that Persona 5 Royal will be released on Nintendo Switch in October 2025. The Persona franchise has inspired numerous spin-offs, such as Persona 4 Arena and Persona 4: Dancing All Night, further expanding its popularity and influence in the gaming industry.
